Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates All orders include free standard shipping and a tracking number.

Express shipping Express shipping is available for select locations and can be selected at checkout.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Blackout Sleep has no control over customs processing times.
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@getblackoutsleep.com and we will resolve it.
